Shipping & Returns
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Unknown Beauty, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we can not be responsible for delays in delivery as a result of remote delivery locations, weather conditions or customs delays. We are not liable for any customs or duty taxes. If ordering outside the UK, additional charges may be added on receipt of delivery over which we have no control.
We ship all items via Royal Mail Signed for 24 and Royal Mail Signed for 48. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. Items ordered weekdays after 4pm, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next working day.

Additional delivery informaiton
All prices are denoted in GBP. Standard delivery excludes public holidays. Tracked delivery excludes weekends and public holidays.
KEY / *Items shipped to Western Europe will incur additional charges of £0.50 GBP per additional item, due to shipping costs increasing with weight. **Items shipped to North America, Middle East, Asia & Australasia and the Rest of the World will incur additional charges of £1.00 GBP per additional item ordered, due to shipping costs increasing with weight.
Unknown Beauty insures all orders during the time they are in transit until they are delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Unknown Beauty and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
RETURNS, REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Items must be returned to Unknown Beauty within 14 days of delivery. To return an item please use our free return service.
Items should be returned in the original packaging and the original condition in which it was received; in an unopened and unused condition. Due to hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, exchange or replacement on items returned in a non-saleable condition. Returns that are damaged or used my be returned to you, at your own expense and/or a refund refused.
ORDER RETURN GUIDELINES
To return an item you must first register your return with our returns department. Please email our returns department at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name and the name of item you wish to return.
On receipt of your return registration you will receive two emails from the customer care department the first email will contain a returns form and return shipping label, these must be printed out and details completed. The second email will contain collection date options to arrange pick up.
Please Note: These steps are issued solely as a preliminary return management measure and does not guarantee your return will be accepted.
Once we have received your items and have checked the refund criteria you will be sent an email acknowledging the returned items have been received and accepted, at which point the refund process will begin - this can take up to 30 working days. Your refund will be processed in whatever form of payment you used to originally purchase the items in the same currency.
Customers will be credited the value of the items minus the original shipping cost.
To exchange an item(s), email our returns and exchange department at email@example.com, please include your order number, full name, the name of the item you wish to exchange and the name of the new item your require. On receipt of your exchange request you will receive two emails from customer care, the first email contacting a return form and shipping label which must be printed out and details completed. The second email will contain collection date options to arrange pick up.
Once we have received the exchange item in its original condition and have checked the exchange criteria, we will promptly ship your new item(s).
