What payment methods do UnKnown Beauty accept, and is it safe to use my card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All transactions on our website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. 

First-time orders must be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

We take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties who abide by applicable data protection legislation. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full. 

Is my personal information kept private?

The item I want is sold out, will you re-stock?

Once an item is sold out, we aim to re-stock the item(s) as soon as possible. On some occasions we may offer a pre-order option to sold out items. To guarantee the purchase of an item, please join our mailing list to hear about new inventories. 

Does UnKnown Beauty ship internationally?

UnKnown Beauty ships internationally. For a full list of our shipping destinations, please view our Shipping and Returns page.

Can I amend or change my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed you have the right to change or amend your order within the first 24hrs of your order being placed. After this time has elapsed we are unable to change or modify the order. Please refer to our Shopping Online guidelines for more information. 

How do I return an item?

To return an unwanted item please refer to the Order Return Guidelines, located under the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges section of our Shipping and Returns information page. 

Will I be refunded the full face value of my order?

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order and in some cases as UnKnown Beauty store credit. Please note shipping costs are not refunded, and we ask all customers to use our free collections service.

Any customs or duties charges paid are non-refundable. You may be able to retrieve these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. 

Please note. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
